Ketjap sauce for satay

• ½ cup Ketjap sauce
• 1 small Onion
• 1 Green Onion
• ¼ Tsp Sambal Oelek
• 1 Garlic Clove
• 1 Tsp Sugar
• 1 Tbs Vinegar
• White Pepper

Dice Onion and Green Onion in very thin slices.

Mix all the ingredients together and serve it in a separate small container with the Sate’s.
