Bawang putih goreng

 

Crisp garlic can be used as a garnish for rice dishes and salads, adding texture and a very appealing flavor

 

Ingredients: Preparation:
  • 10 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 cup corn oil
Peal garlic and slice it thin lengthwise.

Heat the oil in a wok or skillet and fry the garlic over the moderately low heat for about 5 minutes or until it turns light brown.

Remove the garlic quickly with a slotted spoon and drain it on a paper towel for at least 15 minutes.

The crisp slices should be stored in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, refrigerated or not as you wish.
