Dutch apple pie |
| INGREDIENTS: Plain Pastry 3 cups apples (peeled, cored & cut in eighths) 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup shortening 1/4 cup pastry flour (sifted) 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup sour cream INSTRUCTIONS: Line a 9 inch pie-pan with pastry, flute the edges.
Combine sugar, shortening, flour & cinnamon. Mix till crumbly.
